What does the recruitment process look like?

First contact

If your CV interests us, we will call you to arrange a 20-30 minute recruitment meeting.

Online meeting

During the meeting, we will ask you a few questions about your experience and you will be given a short recruitment task to perform.

Stage Two

If you did well in the first interview and performed the recruitment task appropriately, we will invite you to the second stage of recruitment.

Meeting with the leaders

The second stage will involve a broader discussion, during which we will focus on more in-depth questions related to the proposed position.

The decision

We will contact you to inform you of our decision. Once we decide that you are a good fit for our team, we will offer you a specific proposal of cooperation.
