I started building my experience in e-commerce sales over 8 years ago, when I started working with Green Cell. I developed online sales on Allegro and in my own stores. After some time, we started expanding to other European platforms such as Amazon, eBay, eMAG, Kaufland, Cdiscount, etc.

I have been developing my analytical skills for many years, looking for trends and introducing new own-brand products. I have learned to handle and manage the sale of products, creating bestsellers in their sales categories on each marketplace.

Wojciech Piszczek

CEO & Founder

I started my adventure on the online sales market over 7 years ago in a company from the clothing industry, where I was mainly responsible for the development of sales on Allegro and the online store.

In 2015, I started cooperation with the Green Cell brand and quickly became involved in the development of e-commerce sales on foreign markets. It was here that for over 5 years I introduced my own brand products to foreign sales platforms, such as Amazon, eBay, Kaufland, Emag and improved my e-commerce sales skills.

Michal Sablik

CGO & Founder

I started my adventure in the direct sales market in 2009, working as a computer hardware seller for well-known brands such as Dell, Lenovo and Samsung.

In 2016, I started working with the Green Cell brand, starting from a position in the customer service department, where I was responsible for comprehensive online ordering services. After two years, I was involved in the development of eCommerce sales on both Polish and foreign platforms. For almost 4 years, I managed the sales of GC brand products on such marketplaces as Amazon, eBay, Kaufland, Emag, cDiscount, Darty, Fnac.

Konrad Wadowski

E-commerce Sales Expert

I started my career in sales at Adidas Poland, where over almost 10 years of work I went through a long path from a salesperson, a technology and sales trainer, and responsible for complaint documentation, to the deputy store manager.

Wanting to further develop, I started cooperation with Mikesport, owner of the Kaymaq and Deko brands. I gained my first experience on Allegro, Amazon and eBay platforms.
The next big step was my decision to move to Green Cell, where I spent almost 3 years. It allowed me to consolidate my knowledge on the marketplaces I knew, but also to get to know new ones like eMag, cDiscount, Rakuten and FNAC.

A passionate enthusiast of the marketplace world, associated with e-commerce for many years.

By observing the development of technology and changing consumer preferences, I try to stay up to date with the latest trends and innovations in the industry.

I love using various e-commerce platforms as a consumer, as well as exploring their functionalities and processes as a professional on a daily basis.
I specialize in the rapidly growing Allegro and eMag platforms, which are examples of extremely successful and popular online marketplaces.
I am a computer scientist by education, and privately I am also interested in programming, football, traveling and economics.

Marta Piszczek

Administration and Billing Specialist

I have been involved in the retail business since 2018. Working in multi-sector stores has given me the opportunity to gain experience in managing transactions and finances, as well as documenting cash transactions. I have learnt to monitor the current market and build lasting relationships with companies and customers.

At Raise Your Sales I am developing professionally; I deal with administration, invoicing and recruitment. I am responsible for controlling the company’s budget, handling correspondence and resolving current issues.

I am passionate about floristry of fresh flowers and plants in my free time.

have been associated with e-commerce for over 5 years. I started as a customer support specialist. Over time, I spent more and more time developing sales in the online store and marketplaces.

Currently, I have the most experience in managing Allegro and eBay accounts. At the same time, I am constantly increasing my knowledge of using the Amazon platform. I pay the most attention to “user experience”, which is why a valuable description and photos are, in my opinion, the foundations of a good offer.

Privately, I am passionate about motoring. I am very interested in football, both Polish and foreign. Recently, thanks to his son, an old hobby – LEGO – has also been revived.

I began my adventure with e-commerce 2 years ago. During this time, I have been selling several categories of my own brand products on the most important marketplaces, selling goods to the entire European Union. Previously, I was the manager of the shipping department, which means that all stages of logistics processes related to the shipment of goods are familiar to me and allow me to better understand the specifics of e-commerce work.

As a financial enthusiast, I defended my bachelor’s degree in Economics in 2021. Privately, I am interested in martial arts and strength sports, I also like psychological aspects and books on this topic.
